The first thing you need to do is make sure that you don’t wear any baggy clothing, because baggy clothing actually make you look larger than you are. Find clothes that make you look slim. Try finding clothe’s that emphasise the smallest part of your waist, which is just beneath your bust. That is the place you want your clothe’s to hug you. A great trick you could do in order to make your waist look leaner is to wear a belt there. This has even been the fashion these last few years.
Research has shown that woman who wear floral spicy perfume, look 4-5 pounds slimmer to men? This would be one of the easy ways to lose weight in a week in other people’s eyes. When a confident woman walks in the room, it doesn’t matter how big she is, heads will turn. Now that you have the confidence that you look much slimmer than you really are, those people will be looking at you. Another thing related to confidence is happiness. I notice I look a lot younger and neater when I am happy. Don’t forget to smile!

Go and get a spray tan or go on holiday to the Sun in order to get that nice look. A tan can help you look a lot thinner and also younger. Don’t overdo it though because the Sun will warn your skin in the long run so if you overdo sunbathing you will start to look older earlier on in life.
