The Reason I’m Obsessed With Price
I won’t lie to you, when it comes to me going shopping I am very obsessed with price. Some of my friends just pick up things and buy them without too much thought. If I were to ask me how much each individual item costs they really couldn’t tell me. To me this is baffling, and not a way I could live.
The way I see it, money is a big factor in your life, and it means the difference between living a good life and not doing so. So if you’re wasting your money unnecessarily then you’re not reaching your full potential. You may not end up being poor if you’ve got a lot of money to begin with, but you certainly won’t be able to use that money to make you more money and get richer!
The other day I went to the shops and bought a iced tea maker, reduced price of course. It’s always a good idea to buy things in the sales and get a ever better price then normally. My friend also bought a drinks machine, but did she know her espresso maker price? No, she really didn’t. OK, I can understand to a more extent if it was a cheap item such as a sandwich or a pack of crisps, but espressos makers aren’t cheap! If you can’t keep track of your money you are more likely to over spend in places where you don’t really need to. This can lead to all sorts of long term financial problems, and even be passed off to your kids.
I know that my iced tea maker was just under fifty dollars. It’s not the cheapest thing I’ve ever bought, but it was worth the money I spent on it. I got a good price and value for money.
